This book is a godsend of a nutrition book. I learned so much about myself and the food I eat, supplements I take and why I struggle so much about food. I will re-read the 40 day devotional again this year and every year; probably twice. Danna has a way to write in common language the essential things you should be doing to get on the right track and stay there. Please read this book! It will open your mind and heart to what is really important; healthy living for God's glory.
