There are great recipes in this book. The procedure is written out step by step for each recipe, making them easy to follow. BTW, plenty if authors dont include pictures, Joy of Cooking is the first that comes to mind.

Who makes a cookbook with not one pictures plus the procedures are summarized not in detail of how to cook each meal. No wonder its free.

This book, unlike many, does not teach how to cook around an obstacle or recommend expensive substitutes for supposedly unhealthy foods, but instead brings a variety of dishes to the proverbial table that are healthy and sound good.

Given to me for an honest review This book is an okay one if you do have some cooking knowledge to start with. It is even a fun one if you don't. The recipes are okay there  are some that do help with health and weight. But this is not really my kind of book.
