Most books that I have read about educational leadership take the highrode approach to the actual process of helping educators leaving them without specific ways of applying the skills of leadership. 5 Essential Skills for School Leaders is a breath of fresh air offering educators real world examples and exercises that allow for the application of the skills that are addressed in the book. This is an excellent resource for all educational leaders and even those not in the education field. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
