    A reviewer

After reading 50 Great Things Leaders Do, I am truly inspired. Rudnesky details 50 things that anyone who wants to accept his/her role as a leader can easily do. I could not put the book down once I started reading it. As I was reading it, I became ¿fired up¿ 'as Rudnesky puts it' about my job and my role as a leader. Rudnesky focuses on the fact that the best way to inspire leaders in your organization is to be a leader yourself. Throughout the book he shares anecdotes from teachers, students, parents, and community members that validate what he is doing is in fact inspiring others around him to accept their roles as leaders, and in turn they are inspiring more leaders themselves. I would highly recommend this book to people in all professions, but especially teachers and college students who want to make a difference in the students that they teach and the colleagues that they work with.
