Having been born into a family of wonderful cooks, at the age of six years, Trinisse Chanel became interested in the art of cooking. When she was seven years old, she entered her first culinary competition and won second prize in a baking contest. Her winning entry was a luscious berry filled cake (which was decorated to resemble a ladybug).

She became hooked on cooking at this early age, and continued to experiment on her own. She also learned a lot by watching her family members excel in the kitchen.

Trinisse has traveled the globe extensively sampling the cuisine, and seeking inspiration. Her favorite cities include London, Paris, Cairo, New Orleans, Vienna, Boston, Venice, Monte Carlo, San Francisco and New York City.

Miss Chanel has resided on both the East, and West coasts with her beloved canine "children".

Trinisse adores the theatre, amusement parks, adventure activities, travel, and the paranormal. She has enjoyed white water rafting, surfing, para-sailing, mountain climbing, and sky-diving.
