Fifty Psychology Classics is a Good Survey and Summary of Modern Psychology

Easy to understand. Even some information relating to decades-old psychology is helpful to current, everyday understanding and problem solving. Listen while relaxing. Listen again as a review.

Very provocative for an old man trying to find himself.

I found the information very useful and it magnified my understanding of myself and led me to other readings which I have found enlightening. I would recommend the CD's to anyone who has the time to sit and listen uninterrupted. Some of the lectures were repetitive, but repetition is a good teaching tool.
