Dick Logue is the author of several cookbooks and founder of the website http://www.lowsodiumcooking.com. After being diagnosed with congestive heart failure more than 10 years ago, Dick threw himself into the process of creating healthy versions of his favorite recipes. A cook since the age of 12, he grows his own vegetables, bakes his own bread, and cans a variety of foods. I have a marker on almost every page of this cookbook. Nothing looks too complicated or asks for hard to find ingredients. Several crock pot bread recipes... yes, bread... and desserts that look easy and delicious. Can't wait to try them.

After using Dick Logue book "500 Low Sodium" I bought this one. I use my slow cooker 75% of the time. This is a fantastic book, you don't miss the salt. Can't wait for his next book
