Meet the Author

Dick Logue is the author of several cookbooks and founder of the website http://www.lowsodiumcooking.com. After being diagnosed with congestive heart failure more than 10 years ago, Dick threw himself into the process of creating healthy versions of his favorite recipes.     Fun,easy to use

    looking for an easy and practical recipe book for our whole family, not just low fat, since our kids are picky eaters.
    This cookbook fit the bill. Many tasty and not too unique recipes that everyone really likes. Still have a lot to try, but the 20+ we have made so far are fantastic - would recommend for basic needs of a family of various ages and tastes.
