    It has poses.

Well, it has poses and nothing else. The book is nothing but pictures which is nice if that's all your looking for. Gives beginning photographers an idea of different poses that they can use for the female model/client.

Some of the poses repeat with slight variations of the hands or tilt of the head but it's a good book if you want to see poses. Easier than ripping pages out of a magazine and putting them in a binder.

This is a good book of poses - not explanations, lighting setups

This is a good book of poses - not explanations, lighting setups or anything else. I use it in my studio for clients to get ideas of what they might or might not want for their sitting.
