    Very good book

    When I saw this book I was looking for something to supplement my other book by Liz Vaccariello called the 400 calorie fix. It is a great book and I wanted something to go with it and be able to have a wide range of options for meals to eat. The 500-400 calorie recipes book has that. Some of the titles of the meals are cute and I had a good laugh but on the serious side this book was very helpful. I wish it had pictures since I am a visual kind of person. It is a good book for those looking for 400 calorie meals to stay with the plan. I recommend it highly.

    Excellent recipes. Lot of them are really just over 400 calories but close enough for me.
