This book has excellent recipies for fruit bases items. I expected a combination of fruit and vegetable recipies, but there are almost no vegetable recipites. The book has excellent end enticing pictures of all recipies, plus each recipy has a link to the end of that section within the ebook that provids about four additional variations of the base recipy. The format is clear, efficient, refreshing to read. The preparation explanations are clear and direct. It would have been proper for the book cover to state the it is a fruit-based book, so if they also offered a vegetable juice based book, then the two combined books would almost truly be the only books that you will need (but we know we would buy other books still). Again, this is an excellent book with beautiful pictures that will not disappoint for fruit based recipies. The four stars is for the fruit based approach, it would be five if it also would have included half vegatable recipies, which Diabetics need, and not this fruit version.

I absolutely loved the pictures and short recipes. She didn't use too many hard-to-get ingredients so it makes a great starter book. (I would have given it an extra star if it came with a sunbeam coupon and an internet location for some of the obscure ingredients like "orange flower water." It's a keeper.
