I was thrilled to find out about this book since I had just changed my eating lifestyle a few months prior and was feeling a little lost. Laura writes like she's there in the room with you....guiding you thru all of the medical jargon with ease and complete understanding. And, most importantly, not TELLING you what to do but giving you all the information you need to make the best choices for yourself. I am now navigating this new course with a 'friend' by my side -- I don't feel lost any more!!!

Once I started to read '52 Ways to a Healthy You' I KNEW it was different than many of the other health and weight loss books I have read in the past. Laura Lewis' style of communication is easy to understand yet really gives me cutting edge information that I haven't seen anywhere else before. Tidbits about foods and drinks that can actually help me lose weight (finally!), increase my memory function and even reverse the aging process, hooray! Excellent Book. I highly recommend this for all those who really do want a better life. Makes a great gift too.
