Building a Better Workforce isn't just about increasing profits and decreasing the amount of time you spend in the office. It's about, as Steve Jobs put it, "Making a dent in the Universe." Together, we truly have the opportunity to change the world.

Right now, less than 30% of the American Workforce is engaged in the work they do. One out of every six employees is actively and knowingly sabotaging your efforts. Employers are frustrated, overworked and tired. Employees are bitter and under inspired. Customers lack loyalty and have come to expect poor service.

It doesn't have to be that way.

You have all the resources they need right now to build a productive, energized, innovative, and fun to be around workforce.
-You will attract top talent
-Your customers will rave about you
-You will have increased energy and enthusiasm

Meet the Author

My name is Michael J. Stone is an Employee Productivity Expert for Small Business owners as well as an author, speaker and seminar leader. I am captivated by happy and productive people. I am an advocate for small business and entrepreneurialism and it is my passion and mission to help small business owners and their employees discover joy and fulfillment in the work that they do and the services they provide.
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by what energizes motivates and engages people/employees. I have a great deal of empathy for the close to 70% of the people in this country who are under-engaged or disengaged as well as the small business owners handing them their paychecks each week.
Nothing energizes me the way my work does. Because of the fact that most people I meet have either a job or an employee it's not difficult to get me to start talking. The hard part is to get me to stop. Consider yourself warned.
