This is absolutely a spectacular book! It not only tells you how to sell real estate but it also gives you a game plan to follow, warn you about the pit falls of mind, body and money, and inspires you the novice or the professional ways to achieve balance. It's a book about real estate, but it's also about balance in all aspects if life and the economic climate of the market.
The concepts in this book is my blue print and my five year plan to the full circle of balance.

Pat Hiban's book 6 steps to 7 figures is written in such a manner that the reader instantly understands what Pat is trying to say. His examples are ones that anyone can follow and he tells you that his way isn't theonly way but what worked for him. I now have a game plan that I can follow and fits my personality and look forward to implimenting soon. Pat' book is very uncomplicated and an easy, informative read and I highly recommend this book to any realtor who is looking for some direction. Pat Hiban has a clear and straight to the point way about him that is refreshing! I truly appreciated his candidness and willingness to disclose his failures as much as his wins!
I have ready all of John Maxwell's books, Seth Godin's book and others just like them and Pat Hiban's book ranks right up there with them!

As a recipient of a preview copy of 6 Steps to 7 Figures by Pat Hiban, I wondered what I would get. I knew Pat had a successful real estate company, had spoken to many companies over the years about their systems, processes, and organization, and had personally sold billions of real estate. I knew he was one to learn from as he had been there, done that, and is still doing it. The book exceeds expectations. You will get a guidebook for exceptional achievement. Many who have achieved high levels of success are not able to explain how they got to those heights. Pat weaves a tale of honesty, consistency, and belief in this very quick read. After reading, you will have a renewed clarity about what it takes to be successful while also enjoying a lifestyle that provides balance. In my research on billionaires, there have been three commonalities: 1) they are givers (which I talk about in my book), 2) they are consistent (the tortoise always wins the race), and 3) they are continually improving (concept of kaizen). Hiban has put together a book that puts a process to these three characteristics. Want to learn how to think big? Read this book.

I was fortunate enough to receive an advanced copy of "6 Steps to 7 figures". The book is written by a real estate professional, but it's lessons and techniques are applicable to anyone. What I like most about the book, is the easy reading style. The author really keeps things moving along, injecting anecdotes of his personal life as it relates to the 6 Steps. It also shows you how to use these steps in your everyday life. It's basically an owners manual for being successful. I highly recommend this book, and applying these steps. It's a must read for anyone in business, or if you just want to live a fuller life.
