Indispensable if you live around here or want to hike when you visit!

The 2nd edition 60 hikes is updated and a gem of a guide. It covers all the important things to know before you load up plenty of water, snacks and sunscreen and go. I especially like the clues to avoid hiking yourself out of public lands into private or Pueblo ground where you're not supposed to be without permission. Each hike is covered by a key info section, a nice basic map and maybe the most important thing, the elevation profile. You can see right away if the hike is right for your abilities and taking into account the heat of the day and the amount of climbing you need to do. Worth every penny!
