Overview

Ashley and Dakota are best friends who desired to head out of town to the large state university. Both girls’ families’ available budget it seemed to make it look like they would have to stay at home and attend the local small college. Now that they have a place to stay they want to make sure their benefactor is happy and taken care of.
Their landord Randy returns from a business trip to find three very friendly tenants who what nothing more than to welcome him home in a fun way.
