    Nice Book

Lots of everyday meals in an easy to follow setup. Only drawback is no pictures. Has a great selection of recipies to choose from.

    Good value

Recipes are easy to follow, takes advantage of flavorful seasonings. I made a Ham dish, and was thrilled at the flavor and tenderness of the ham. I do wish there were pictures of the finished product.

    Very good recipes

So far I have made 3 of these meals for my family and everyone has enjoyed them. The book is very plain but the recipes are tasty and easy to follow. Keeps you on a budget but gives you delish options so you are not having the same meals every night. Many are quick which makes them a good choice for busy weeknights.

7 dollars a meal is a huge stretch.

Mixed bag of recipies. Some are great but my family would not touch a meat dish with figs and raisins in it. Has some good advise on using a pressure cooker if you are unsure.
