Overview

Inside the heart of every person is a desire to reach that ultimate state of inner-happiness.

In a quest to achieve the euphoric state of happiness, the 7 Ancient Keys to Happiness have been uncovered.

These ancient keys have been used for thousands of years by all different people around the world. For the first time, '7 Ancient Keys to Happiness' has collated all 7 of these keys into one succinct, practical, do-it-yourself guide to happiness.

Ancient wisdom tells of a story about an old man on an ark with lots of animals, who was saved from a big flood. - even societies that were not influenced by Judaic-Christian-Muslim beliefs have archaic versions of this tale as a part of their folklore. However, did you know that according to ancient tradition, after the flood Noah was given 7 Commandments? (No, NOT the 10 Commandments - that happened much later!) These commandments were given for the benefit of mankind to help establish a new world order of contentment and bliss and they became the world-wide recipe and the basis for the 7 Ancient Keys to Happiness. In every single culture, continent and society, some of these keys are found in one form or another, which is proof of their timeless wisdom.

Using these 7 Ancient Keys to Happiness we are going to be guided through an exciting, pre-tested and successful path to bliss. So get ready to open your mind to a different and ancient reality and join us on this mystical path to the City of Happiness.

The book contains many good ideas, motivational exercises, and has some thought-provoking comments. But did someone edit or proofread this book? After 75 of over 400 pages, I had to stop reading because I was editing and proofreading the content rather than being motivated and learning from the book. Also, the example of "would you rather a depressed, unhappy man rob you, or a happy, nice man rob you?" is a little absurd. I'm certainly glad this was a free book. Had I bought it, I would have wanted my money back.

Most of this is common sense. It is in good form to remind Us how to react about things in our life. I found ir rewarding.

This book has some good thoughts and points, but it is very distracting to read with how much editing it needs.

I really didn't find any new information in this book and that is a good thing because the truth isn't new. However, the advice was presented in a new and fresh way. Many people will read this and say "Oh, I know that!", but you can know something and not live it. This book reminds the reader of the way we should live and hopefully it will stay in the mind and heart of all.

As I read this book, it is slowly, but surely sinking in. If you want to be happy, follow these steps and as you read, don't let any noise or music interfere with your thinking and reading process. :-)

An easy read, but one that I will read many times. It's a book that you can open and read a few pages when you don't have much time. I would recommend it to my dearest friends.

Everyone can relate to parts of this book and apply it. The "give it a go" are silly, but make sense, just skip them if they bother you.

I really do hopthis bopk will keep me happy and/or will make me think about happyness. I am a good person and i always try to make someone happy and make their live feel good. But...everytime i do make them laugh and they return the favor. There is always someone tht makes me feeel low and wanting me to kill myself....:( But then i remember..... i tember tha special moment when me and that person had that connection. I waant to become a vet because i feel that people dont need my help if they want to be rude and self-intitled i want to help animals because they cant hurt me mentally or social. They can hurt me physically but not because they want to it is because it is their instinct. Thy dont want to hurt people it just instinct d peoplw do not have that instinct, all they have is feelings and bad words. Like serious people if you hve nothing nice to say say nothing at all. Please leave the innocent children that are born into the word alone dont make hem be like you of you are a bad person. PEOPLE- teach.learn.leave innpcent alone. Live your own life dont live and be a follower be your own self please cheese and crackers finally last thing CANT we get racial things for once and for all. Thank You everybody that reads this. Thank you the author for making thhis book. EVERYBODY live an awesome and happy life or at least tt PLEASE...
