Overview

Daniel J. Benor, MD, has done what no other therapist has done before. In this remarkable book he explains how we develop our pains, how they serve us in many ways, and how we can choose to let them go or keep them. Though pain affects millions of people daily, until now it has been one of the most mysterious and hard-to-treat conditions. Pain often defies the most advanced treatments in modern medicine. WHEE promotes painless healing on all levels of a person's being. It's hard to believe so much relief is possible so quickly, even when pains have endured for years; yet WHEE produces amazingly rapid shifts routinely. Dr. Benor's money back guarantee has been claimed only once in six years.

Dr. Benor, a pioneer in Energy Psychology, is greatly respected as the developer of WHEE, which is the fastest method of energy healing. In this warm yet authoritative book, he gently yet thoroughly guides the reader through a process of self-discovery. Readers find the simple self-treatments of WHEE shift their blocks to releasing pain. For the 20% of adults with unremitting pain, 7 Minutes to Natural Pain Release is a godsend. More importantly, the personal growth that results from emotional healing leaves us with a legacy of happiness that lasts long after the pain has gone.

Even better is combining these methods with structured deeper exploration to discover and respond to the wisdom that pain is virtually always trying to offer. Dr. Dan Benor provides just such an integration in this book. If you want to heal your pain through harvesting its wisdom and then releasing it at a root cause level, this book provides a map and methods to help you get there. I Also Recommend:

Whee can heal anything if we know how to apply it

I have been usung WHEE and EFT which is very helpful. WHEE and EFT are the same thing but WHEE explains the healing process in more detail. It can heal cancer how you use it is very important you must find the stressors in your life to cure it cancer isn't a hereditory disease. Its a stressor disease all diseases are caused by some level of stress. Remember dis-ease is disease once we connect the two then we have a cure no medicine can heal or cure you like your body can. We must eat right to open our healing cells to give it a chance to heal. Even if you choose not to eat right WHEE will heal you regardless of your diet. If we eat properly you will heal alot faster. Remember WHEE can heal anything any disease or may I say dis-ease. The Author can only suggest you buy the book and all its good contents he cannot tell you this book has sacred healing techniques because if he did he wouldn't be able to publish it. Well guess what I am not the author I am someone who has used this book and is currently using it to heal many people for many different things and yes I am stating it can heal and cure anything becuase its WHEE or We or Us. We can HEAL OURSELVES with this book from any DAMN thing I swear it really works. Health care in america hide symptoms so the body can fall into a trance it drugs the body so it cannot properly heal itself. When the body finally gets off the drugs it been in a trance so long from the drugs that it forgets how to heal. Also Health care proffesionals tell you this disease is uncurable you believe it stopping the healing properties of your cells causing your body to stop functioning properly than you have blockage. Creating distress making your body dis-ease and then doctors call it a disease when it is only dis-ease. Try it you have nothing to lose and plenty to gain. Health care in america is freaking expensive and let me tell no one can really afford it, not even the rich while they are paying all that money for a miracle cure they are losing out on life. By the time they may find that cure it may take 20 years away that they could have been living or they may spend the rest of their life trying to find a miracle cure and it may never come losing a lifetime of enjoyment. Not knowing all along the cure is within you are the cure and this book awakens your natural healing abilities.

7 Minutes to Natural Pain Release

Dr. Dan Benor's 7 Minutes to Natural Pain Release contains a treasure chest of clinical and spiritual wisdom rolled up into WHEE, an amazingly simple and effective energy psychology technique to eliminate and transmute physical, emotional, and spiritual pain. Some might exclaim that WHEE is way too simple, that it can't be that easy! Well, I find it impossible to think of anything simpler than the WHEE, which has been at the center of civilization¿s progress. Simple is good! And so is WHEE. 7 Minutes to Natural Pain Release

Although the technique of WHEE is simple, this book takes the reader into a deep, thorough explanation of how to use the method. It is filled with case examples, clear directions and thoughtful quotes. Dan Benor, MD, teaches the reader how to dialogue with the pain, connect with the inner child and ascertain the beliefs that might be impacting the pain. In the true meaning of wholistic healing this method addresses the person who has the illness rather than just treating the illness. I recommend this book highly to all those who are seeking ways to free themselves from pain! Mary T. Sise, LCSW, D.CEP Past President The Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP) Author: The Energy of Belief: Psychology¿s Power Tools to Focus Intention and Release Blocking Beliefs.

An Outstanding Addition to Energy Psychology Literature

As an Energy Psychology practitioner using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), PSYCH-K, and other modalities, my expectation for learning anything new from Dr. Benor's book was low. What a nice surprise it was to be wrong.

WHEE, the name Dr. Benor chose for this work, is a hybrid system employing elements of EMDR and EFT along with unique approaches not contained in either. Dr. Benor offers the reader a wealth of insight into how emotions and beliefs are often at the root of physical pain and illness. He does so in a way that is easy for average reader to understand. The WHEE system is easy to learn and use.

If you are a professional therapist or life coach employing EFT or other Energy Psychology approach, you'll do well to learn and apply the WHEE system. For the vast majority of clients, results are as fast or faster than straight EFT. If you are someone who is simply interested in helping yourself or another person with chronic pain or illness, this book is also for you.

Simple, easy to experiment with, practial

So many books offering therapy or self help to alleviate emotional and/or physical pain are quite theoretical in nature, difficult to understand without extensive follow-up training, or, are not research based. I was pleased to discover that Dr. Benor's book delivered whst it offered, a simple to learn, and use, method of dealing with pain and deep seated 'hardwired' self defeating programs.

In retirement from therapeutic practice, I read the book because it offered self-treatment, that could be completed in a relatively short period, for present physicl ailments and unresolved past emotional blocks, which, the reader will find, are frequently related. My first experiment with WHEE after finishing the book was to alleviate an itch that covered my body, which was probably related to an auto-immune disease. Using simple, understandable methods presented in the book, I first dialogued with my unconscious to determine whether there were emotional problems that must be first cleared, before working on the physical itch sensation. Once this was cleared, I used the method to reduce the subjective irritation from an '8' t a '4', a substantial decrease, on Benor's Subjective Units of Distreass (SUDS) scale, within only a few short sessions. This enhanced my belief in the method, which I am now using for other problems. I would highly recommend the book, for therapist with open minds, ans well as for those interested in alternate mathods of dealing with their problems.

This book is innovative and useful!

I have never used any system like this before. When I used the methods in this book, I was surprised that it works for not just pain but emotional upset and blockages.
I had recently had some bad news with the health of a family member and it had really threw me for a loop. Using the methods in this book, I was surprised at how I so quickly became grounded. It seemed to make me feel more balanced and I was able to deal with the news and be thankful for my good health, which was quite a shift.
