As parents, we are our kids' first best friends. They built their first relationship
with us, before the teachers and nannies came into the picture, and that's why
children will always rely on their parents.
Beyond providing for their basic needs, though essential, the kids need parents
to be physically and psychologically present. Though underrated, attention from the
parent to the child gives kids a high sense of achievement.
I bet you are a great parent, love your kid, and want to see them prosper among
their peers. It would help if you made a few practical sacrifices in your kids' lives so they
will grow into strong, productive adults.
