Meet the Author
Tom Terwilliger began his coaching career twenty-seven years ago as a fitness trainer in New York City and has worked with such prestigious clients as Regis Philbin, Gregory Hines, Cindy Crawford, and Eddy Murphy, and Denver Broncos’ Alfred Williams. As a contributing writer for two of the industries leading magazines and journals IDEA Fitness and IDEA Fitness Management, Terwilliger is considered one of the worlds leading experts in the field of fitness and goal achievement.
After winning the National Bodybuilding Championship (Mr. America) in 1986, Terwilliger began a 16-year career as host and co-producer of the long running 'FOX Sports Net' ‘Muscle Sport USA’ TV show. Terwilliger started his career in personal development training several years ago as personal success coach and the founder of Coaching Leadership Excellence a leading provider of personal growth and development tools and strategies for fitness professionals.
For the past two years, Terwilliger has worked with Peak Potentials and Harv Eker as a lead from the stage trainer/speaker. Terwilliger known as one of the "Bad Boys of Good" co-created and launched ‘Experience the LEAP’ a powerful personal growth and coach training program.

Of course it helps that this is my uncle's book, but as an overall follower of self-help type personalities (graduate, Tony Robbins, UPW ect) I could not wait to read and critique this work....Well, I must say, this is VERY inspiring... AND it is true! GREAT WORK UNCLE TOM! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!
Tom Terwilliger does an excellent job of clearly explaining how to define what your goal is in any aspect of life and how to move forward with passion. Once you understand the power of the words you choose in defining the goal you want to achieve, there's no reason why it cannot be accomplished. I highly recommend this book, especially for people like myself who have always been challenged in how to clearly define the purpose of what they need to accomplish.
