    Since this book is a companion piece to the longer version, all of the chapters have summarized “youth boosters” to get you on your way to look and feel younger. From the care of your skin and hair to different exercises for the mind and body, this book is a great reference for those seeking a more youthful glow. Tips such as getting a great haircut, adding green tea to your diet or taking the stairs whenever possible, show you that it’s really easy to shave off those seven years.

    You can’t go wrong with this book from Garamond Press. Written by several authors with excellent credentials, these tips have been tested and proven to be accurate. This is not just an ordinary dieting and exercise book. It also includes multiple facts, tips and useful information in everyday routines that will help you achieve a youthful glow from the inside out. 7 Years Younger contains tips for any reader, including those who are suffering from stress. It is well laid out into sections, and helps the reader to gradually ease into a healthy lifestyle change. I really enjoyed this book!

    A great start to a new and “younger” you! This concise booklet (a summary of a longer book put out by Good Housekeeping) brings together an array of advisors and experts who offer many ways to stave off the aging process and make our middle and later years more active and enjoyable (in addition to looking and feeling better physically.)
    Offering many good strategies for cosmetic, physical, and mental improvement, this book, which outlines a week-long “jump start” plan to instill new habits, can get you on the road to feeling good about yourself and retaining, or reclaiming, the vitality of youth.

    7 Years Younger gets 5 stars, as it is easy to see how the information presented in this summary version can be used not to just look and feel younger, but to improve mind, body, and soul. In addition to the weekly program, 7 Years Younger will make you set aside some 'me time' and realize the value of giving your mind and body gets the time it deserves. The key points of what the nutritionists, beauty experts and researchers have put together introduces habits and changes little by little to help ensure your success. They state that by starting with small changes and routines, you can begin to build on them week by week until you are living a happier and healthier lifestyle. In turn, the reader will begin to feel the rejuvenating effects of eating better, getting more exercise (both mentally and physically), and utilizing the many beauty tips given. The book delves into why you should eat certain foods over others, why some foods actually make you age more and points out the major foods to build your grocery list around. 7 Years Younger also provides insight into how different brain diseases, such as dementia, can be sidelined by engaging in mental stimuli from logic games to just brushing your teeth with a different hand every now and then.     "7 Years Younger in 30 Minutes" is an invaluable book for anyone who feels that their lifestyle or age are affecting their appearance. A wealth of information is available in a manner which shows no excessive information. Skincare, makeup, diet, exercise, stress-reduction and even brain rejuvenation are included in this amazing book. As a busy mother, I have little time to spend on excessive routines, let alone read about them! This book provided everything I was looking for, in a manner which is both easy to understand and implement. I look forward to the fantastic results!

    This amazing guide describes groundbreaking concepts in Anti-Agi

    This amazing guide describes groundbreaking concepts in Anti-Aging in an short, easily digestible format.  It allows you to not only combat the aging process but also to literally turn back the clock on your own appearance.  Good Houskeeping actually started an Institute in order to spend over two years testing products, researching claims and developing this concise guide to looking and feeling your best.  It begins by revealing the essentials for rapidly improving the appearance of your skin, face and hair.  The appearance based changes at the beginning really fueled my excitement to follow this program.  After a single week of "superficial changes," I look years younger and have the determination to follow through with the changes to nutrition, brain function, stress relief and working out, which obviously take more time than a haircut.  The tips on brain function blew me away.  For instance a study showed low levels of good cholesterol can lead to dementia and pervasive gum disease has been linked to Alzheimers!  The final chapters of the book give specific one week plans for looking and feeling younger.  It then develops into a multi week plan that is easily incorporated into a "lifestyle of anti-aging."  I am so greatful for the diverse information that is condensed into this easily digestible format.  This book really saved me time while communicating the essential points. Great job!
