    Very inspirational!

    I couldn't put this book down! This first 3 chapters were a little slow and boring, but after that...WOW! Very inspiring to know that it can be done!

    Loved it!

    Well written. Just wish there were pictures of Nancy, before and after her emormous weight loss. It is so difficult to comprehend someone losing over 500 pounds. What an accomplishment! I find it difficult to lose 20 pounds! She is an inspiration to anyone trying to lose weight.

    Inspiring!

    Nancy Makin is a treasure and her book is a gift. Nancy's story will inspire you to not only better yourself, but to be a kinder human being. An honest account of her life in seclusion and her rebirth. Nancy reminds us that anyhting is possible when we learn to believe in ourselves. This is not a diet book, but a must-read feel-good story of one amazing woman's journey in life.
