Pros: Recipes are fabulous. You get an enormous amount of vitamines and nutrients and as scary as the ingredient lists look, I have yet to drink one I didn't like. I'll be adding these drinks to my daily meal plans after I'm done with this diet. Cons: Cost is pretty high. Fresh fruit is pricy so I'm trying this in the summer when fruit is lower. Even then, wow, you spend a lot. Also, I'm hungry quite often. I know Jason states several times you won't but sorry, I am. By evening I'm hunting in the kitchen for something. I've allowed myself a piece of fresh fruit or a bit of healthy lunch meat to get by. I work out EVERY day though, so that is part of it. I run and lift weights so I've supplemented with a protein shake as well. Overrall, this is a good book. Jason is very motivating and informative. I'll be purchasing more of his books for the recipes!
