Introduction

Before using the Jorge Cruise® weight-control plan I was very unhappy with my body, and had very low self-esteem. My energy level had decreased to a point where I had become totally inactive. I was suffering physically and emotionally by being overweight. I knew I had to get in charge of my health, so I chose to do the Jorge Cruise® plan.

Since using the Jorge Cruise® plan I have gone from 155 to 115 ... I lost 40 pounds and changed my life entirely. As soon as I started the plan, I saw immediate results. My self-confidence grew day after day, and before I knew it I had achieved my goal weight.

By reaching my goal, I have had many opportunities with beauty pageants and modeling. After I had lost the weight I started entering swimsuit contests such as Venus and Hawaiian Tropic Model Searches.     Good Book - Good for Busy People

    This is the book for people who don't have time to devote to hours and hours of exercising. It takes a bit of time to read through it and then, you're set to use it.

    GREAT!

    This is an easy book to follow. Some of the exercises don't even feel like exercises. It does work though. I have NEVER followed an exercise program and stuck to it like this one. It's addicting. Who doesn't have 8 minutes in the morning? I have followed my own version of the 'eating' part of it. In 3 weeks I have lost over 10 pounds and I feel GREAT!!
