From Barnes & NobleThe Barnes & Noble Review
Part fitness journal, part motivational guide, this high-energy workout plan will do more than transform your morning -- it will sculpt your physique as well. Each day's routine features three components: The "Wake-up Talk" is a question or brief mental or visualization exercise that provides the motivation for the morning. The workout component consists of two illustrated strength-training exercises, with a space to record progress. And, finally, the "Eat Fat to Get Fit" element consists of keeping a daily eating journal, which should reflect the eating plan that Cruise presents in the earlier part of the book.
This is by far the simplest fitness program I've come across in a long while -- the exercises demand very little time and the straightforward eating plan is a snap, with handy Eating Cards to help readers keep track of daily intake of fats, proteins, veggies, and more, and make it virtually impossible to stray. In fact, it seems that the greatest portion of the work is done in the reader's mind. Anyone who can adopt Cruise's infectiously motivated attitude should find success with this weight-loss program.
