    This book changed my life and made me feel years younger!!!

    I have bought so many diet and exercise books in my lifetime. Some worked for awhile but most just collected dust. This book I bought used in Knoxville at McKay's for $1.50 7 months ago. I started doing the beginning level exercises and they were quite the workout for me. I loved how he would focus on one group of muscles one day then rest those and focus ona different group the next. I have used this book nonstop (only missed 4 days due to sickness or being on vacation) for the past 7 months. While I have lost 15 pounds and 2 inches off my waist, the best part is that I have strengthened ALL parts of my body and feel younger and better than I have in years. My back is stronger, legs are supper improved, arms better and flexibilty greatly improved. I even climbed Mt. LeConte in the Smokies over fall break from being in such better shape. This comes from a 52 year old woman who has bad knees and bad feet and had a hard time getting up off the couch just a few short months ago. I actually look forward to getting up a bit earlier every morning to do this routine. (I have been at level 3 after two months for the past several months and I have added several knee exercises I used to do at physical therapy to go along with his workout.) I can't say enough and can't wait until his Belly Fat Cure book comes out the end of Dec. to help me lose more weight.

    Fun Workout

    I like all of his books- very basic and to the point. It is not very hard to figure out the movements and the Advice is top notch.
