This book is exactly as advertised: an insight into natural light. I have read several books on photography and lighting. This book is well-written and concise and contains some tidbits that I have not seen before. I highly recommend it as a nice addition to your resource library.

I'm neither a great photographer or a beginner, but there were several good ideas in this book that I will use in the future. The writing style is easy to follow as are the examples given.

It gives a lot of information about how light effects the quality your photograph. And the types of light are best for the type of shot you want.
