This lifestyle is a miracle for health and performance, recovery and mental outlook, everyone should try it! Eat all the fruit and tender greens you can and feel wonderful and full of energy and watch your body heal!

I'm sure there a lot of great books on raw foods out there, but if you're new to raw foods you MUST read this book first! Many make the mistake of eating too much fat in their raw vegan diet. This book will tell you how much you need and it has chapters breaking down what Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat is, why you need them and what they do.
