    A great book if you want to improve your life

    I identified with Brian from the very first paragraph. He is streetwise and knows what life is all about. I enjoyed the book immensely and have been putting into practice all his lessons. Some may take you out of your comfort zone but you will be supprised how good you feel when you do them. They have taken me to a new place and I don't want to go back. I feel liberated. This is definitely a book for anyone who wants to improve their life and get out of the rut they have been stuck in.

    A Trip Innnnn......

    Mr Vaszily has endevored to bring you in touch with yourself through touching the World...with bare feet and hands. By starting with your childhood intrests and progressing through being outside,in the natural areas,sensitizing touch, smell, sight and sound you open up long closed doorways to your inner self. Then,forcing yourself to try new sensations;everything from music,art,drama,theater, movies,tastes and travel you change your personal paradigm...Many older readers will releate to his conclusions for they are automaticlly doing many of these things themselves. This book really opens your eyes to how sedintary we as adults,can become,and how our vision then becomes limited and stagnet.
