    More like a how to become a Christian.

    Which isn't a bad thing. But the author said this was about PTSD and it wasn't. Just a simple trust God and all is well. I suffer from PTSD and am a Christian it takes more than someone preaching at you to help one through this.

    I+didn%27t+think+i%27d+enjoy+this+book+but+it+was+actually+a+decent+read.+Ver+glad+it+wasn%27t+denominational+so+anyone+from+any+faith+could+read+and+enjoy+it.
