Meet the Author

A former scriptwriter and stand-up comedian, Ellis Richardson now works as a German language translator who cooks and writes jokes in his spare time. Although he now lives on the east coast, Mr. Richardson spent many years with his family in rural Alaska, where he first became interested in the career of that state's now-famous ex-governor.

At present, Ellis Richardson is working on a book that combines traditional German jokes with the various wiener schnitzel recipes he's collected over the years.

A constant stream of cathartic laughter!

After being forced to deal with nearly three years of witnessing Sarah Palin's embarrassing gaffes, insults, winks, you-betchas, and downright dangerous untruths across every media outlet in the country, I find it highly cathartic to be able to laugh at this collection of silly (and, for the most part, surprisingly PG-13 rated!) jokes at her expense. The jokes are easy to remember, and some are hilariously illustrated within the short (but very inexpensive!) e-book. I wish the author would have included 99 more Palin jokes--but I'm sure that during the upcoming months, silly Sarah will provide us all with lots of material.

silly and fun, all at the expense of mean Ms. Palin

As much as I dislike Ms. Palin, I'm a little sad that she's disappeared, for the most part, from the nonstop media coverage that bombarded us from 2008 through mid-2011. I want more reasons to laugh at Ms. Palin! Therefore, this book provided a nice few hours of hilarity. The jokes are quick and easy to remember. Oh, and it's very, very cheap!
