About the Author

33 year old man suffering with high intensity depression and anxiety. Decided one day to start blogging about my battle in the hope of helping others feel like they were not alone in dealing with these problems and that it is ok to talk about depression.
Suddenly I am writing books on depression and hopefully helping to show how much having depression can affect people.
