This book offers analyses of national and global issues with proposed realistic solutions. Most people have much to be thankful for, yet over a billion people barely survive in poverty. The answers to this and most of our national and global problems are already right under our noses. Meet the Author

Phil completed his masters program in political science and remained in college for an additional 10 years to add to his understanding of business, economics and entrepreneurship and the effects of government policy on creating, exacerbating or solving socioeconomic issues that continue to divide our society. He also had a career that spanned several fields, including education, public transit, administration, management and real estate. He also dabbled in insurance sales, hotel management and several other fields. His work experience and exposure to worker and management perspectives enabled him to observe patterns of interpersonal relationships that tended to create unnecessary drama and conflict not unlike the ideological egotism that prevails in Congress that has caused legislative gridlock for over a decade while our national and global economies suffered. The answers to most of our national and global problems are right under our noses if only our elected officials and corporate big wigs could look pass their personal ideas and be open to discussion and new information that may not agree with their preexisting beliefs. What the world needs now is not only more love, but more sensible and practical solutions to the issues of our time. The author hopes some of the ideas he presents will cause readers to question and to have hope for a better world.
