Physician Andrea Jay Cohen counsels us that that when life lands us in the pits, we should look for new foliage. To prove her point, she enlists dozens of prominent spiritual teachers, psychologists, artists, and writers to reflect on their most memorable "blessing in disguise." The contributors include Dean Ornish, Bernie Siegel, Martha Beck, Dharma Singh Khalsa, Harriet Lerner, and Daphne Rose Kingma.
