Overview

Without You, I Am Only A Dream.

This poetry ebook has poems that are all over the map. Most of the poems touch upon things like acceptance, compassion, existence, humor, love, mindfulness, nature, relationships, romance and more...Five poems speak of passed loved ones.

The cover image is a photograph of the Parisian Pont Des Arts, which is also known as a "love locks" bridge. Couples in love attach padlocks with their first names written on the padlocks. Then, they throw the keys into the Seine to symbolize their committed love.

Just as the bridge symbolically connects two points in space and time, two hearts in love, and carries many stories locked forever on its structure, this ebook of poetry is similar in function and design. Hence, the cover image is as you see it on this ebook.

Meet the Author

One of the things that gives me joy is hearing a bird sing the gift of a new day. Simple things like sunshine, children laughing, beautiful clouds, wind rushing through trees and so on put a smile on my face. Indeed, I like to look at things and take it all in whenever I can, whether I am walking down a busy city street with all of its colorful neon lights and store fronts, with people of all kinds writing their stories and playing out their parts, or sitting in a natural space, surrounded by the beauty of the great outdoors.

FANTASTIC The poet's lifetime of experiences provide rich material for these poems. The poems tell stories and really resonated with me. I especially enjoyed the poems about water and the sky. Many of the poems were very touching and had profound thoughts. I found this a very enjoyable read and will look for more books by this poet.

I enjoyed reading this. I am not particularly fond of this type of poetry, but as a poet myself I loved the authors perspectice on life. This poetry kind of gave me a new way of looking at things. It put me in a good mood. I am glad i read it.

Its allright i guess. I am not the kind of person to read poetry but i suggest that whoever reads this book share the feelings of the author especially since he talks a lot about his dead family in some poems and only one who has gone throght the same things know and can understand even a little about how he fealt at tha time. I always though books were like music that the kinds of books you read or write depend entirely on how you fell. I believe books are a way to express yourself that its a santuary in which you dont need to lie and in which you will never be betrayed...
