This is a beautifully scripted contemporary romance. Ms. Barrett's strong characters and flowing plot pull you in from the very beginning. Just as important, this is also a tale about friendship and going after your dreams. The story is moving and very real, and a must read for anyone who loves romance.

...Jo Barrett pulls you into this world of suffering souls destined for each other from the first page and will keep you thinking about these characters long after the book is finished ... Highly recommended!

A Brush With Love</I> is a wonderful sweet contemporary with a heartfelt plot and interesting characters the reader can actually care about. It's a story of courage, friendship, secrets and the ability to overcome major life obstacles. I'm in love with this story, especially Ms. Barrett's sensitive portrayal of a disabled character, and I look forward to her next book.

Ms. Barrett has blended a concrete plot with characters full of life that are easy to relate to and love. I was impressed with the emotional roller coaster this story took me on. I turned each page with an increasing interest and was not once disappointed by the twists and turns of the plot. I hope Ms. Barrett is working hard to produce other stories for her fans to enjoy. I know I will standing in line for her next book.
