Highly Recommended- ALL can practice and benefit from it!

A very practical and powerful guidance in “helping yourself deal with cancer other than medical treatments”. The author lifted himself to a totally recovered stage by applying methods obtained from Buddhism teaching. But, the most valuable part is that all methods can be applied by all peoples under different religious believes, moreover, they can even be applied by people with no religious believes at all. Because the foundation of those methods are established on the respect, the sincerity, the compassion to all beings, including those invisible.
Based on this foundation, we can dedicate our merit derived from religious practice to all beings, especially to those whom had been hurt by us in the present life or the past lives. Quoted from the book, “Penitence is the most effective way to dissolve all hatred and wrath.” But, how does penitence work? The author stated that our repentance should not be just kept in our mind, it must be carried out in our action by “not commit it anymore.”
For example, before he was discovered with cancer, he always uses pesticide to kill ants, bugs, and insects in the house. After the rebirth, he stopped using any pesticide; he even lined up blessed water along the path which ants passing through to guide them stay out of the house.
From the beginning to the end, the message is not about wanting you to believe in Buddhism. It is about wanting you to be cured and be healthy by adopting those methods.

    Highly Recommended

This book is short and easy to read. It gives you a different angle to view cancel. I like the idea that we are not fighting it, but be penitent instead. Once you sincerely apologize for the wrong doing in the past, you will eventually convert the negative energy to a positive one.
