    Wow!

    The facts are downright scary: according to the American Cancer Society, one in two men and one in three women in the US will have cancer at some point in their lives. In addition, cancer has replaced heart disease as the number one killer of Americans under the age of 85. The book is an easy read that covers all the relevant concepts. It is a highly practical book, not an academic tome. I immediately identified a number of things I can implement in my own life including the use of green tea, more fruits and vegetables, etc. If you believe in the collective experience of thousands of the best cancer experts, then this book is for you. "A Cancer Prevention Guide for the Human Race" is applicable to people of all ages as we are all at risk. Fortunately there are a number of things we can do about it as cancer experts have estimated that at least 50-60% of all cancer cases can be prevented through changes in lifestyle and diet. Ultimately, the most valuable thing we have is our health. Let's safeguard it.

    Excellent and Informative. A Must Have.

    As a cancer research scientist who has worked on the the effects of dietary vitamins on cancer prevention for over 10 years, I found this new book to be informative, concise, and easy to read. It thoroughly and objectively separates the cutting edge real science from the myths. For anyone who has ever wondered what they steps they may be able to take towards healthy living, and understanding cancer and its prevention, this book is a definite must-have. Highly recommended.     Highly Recommended - Great Information

    The diagnosis of cancer is heart stopping. Then there is the fear of cancer returning after treatment. Hopefully, following the useful advice in this book by Dr Wascher will help prevent cancer.

    Helpful book!

    This book is filled with important information on the most recent anti-cancer studies.
    The DR. gives an analysis of each and explains very clearly what individuals can do to create a healthier life. He gives specific recommendations and documents all of his conclusions with studies which he footnotes through the book.
    Very worthwhile read!

    Highly Recommend-You must check it out

    I highly recommend this book for everyone to read. This book is very informative and has been written in a very simple way to understand. It makes you very well aware about your surroundings, causes of different types of cancer and their preventions. I highly respect and value Dr. Robert Wascher's knowledge, experience and dedication to the man-kind by writting this book and making it available to the public. What also made me very amazed about Dr. Washer's book was that his opinion and approach to the prevention of cancers were very open minded. This is a "MUST READ" Book.
