    Best Inspirational Book (honorable mention)

In 2003 Writer's Digest named A Christmas Dozen honorable mention in the Best Inspirational Book category of its 10th International Self-Published Book Awards. Also in 2003 the author won two Ray Bradbury Awards.

    Lump in throat!

Very moving stories, and to hear the author read them himself, wow! Several of these are bound to become classics, like 'Thumb Island Elephants,' 'Christmas 1944,' and 'Perfect, Just Perfect.'
