    Mandatory for travelers

This book is essential to put together an alternative and folk remedy kit for when you travel. It is small enough to carry with you and gives remedies for most illness you may be unprepared for when you are away from home. Good for home use too as it gives information on a basic natural first aid kit you can make up and have on hand.
