Very nice to read a concise overview of the pregnancy without a lot of chit-chat and annecdotes. I don't have a lot of time and I needed some information quickly. It is a very fast read. Dr. Donaldson writes in a very matter-of-fact way which helps me be more informed about myself and my pregnancy.
The content of the book is very easy to follow. Patients will benefit from the information that is available from a Dr stand point. I have three children and wish the book was available when I was pregnant. This is a great book for pregnant mothers and fathers. Lisa Willbur
This book was very interesting, I wish I had known the information when I was pregnant. the book was very easy reading.
This is an excellent resource. This book is written by a physician's perspective, yet easy for a lay person to understand and apply the principles. Every stage of pregnancy- pre, peri and post pregnancy is covered in depth. Dr Donaldson answers some of the issues/concerns women are anxious to discuss. I wish this book was available to me years ago during my pregnancies. I am a nurse and recommend this book to any woman newly pregnant and those considering having children. This is an awesome gift. Great job Dr. Donaldson (Yankama). Kathy Andrews, RN, MSN
