The best, most understandable knowledge about pregnancy I've ever read!

Dr. Rachel Donaldson has a gift for being able to explain complex anatomy and gynecological issues so that these subjects can be comprehended in a very useful way. This book is a very easy to reference book that is written in a logical and well organized way. Issues and concerns can easily be found by referring to the contents/and/or index pages. Dr. Donaldson's use of pictures and diagrams make her counsel and instruction even more understandable.

If all of us would have had this gentle unfolding, and support, of facts available to us when we were first pregnant or contemplating starting a family, I believe a lot of fears and questions would have been calmed and addressed. This is the best book I have read that explains things in a way that an average, non-medical, pregnant patient and her spouse or significant other can understand.

I had the sense that a wise counselor had guided me through this book, and that she was my personal advocate to help me understand the material contained within.
