Sally Dixon has a B.Sc. in Maths and Psychology and a B.A. in Music. She spent a year’s post. grad. Study combining the two disciplines and completed a creative writing course. She has had several articles and short stories published in magazines on both sides of the Atlantic, including The Portland magazine as well as a short story published in the Guardian newspaper in the UK which was syndicated and bought by a major Sunday newspaper.
She has lived in seven countries and travelled in thirty five and the inspiration for her first novel, came from three years spent living in Cairo, whilst her second novel ‘A Dutch Affair’ was inspired by ten happy years living in The Netherlands.
