I was pleasantly suprised with this book! Mrs. Berti gave us an inside look at real life of a professional player, not just what todays media portrays. ie, all the wealth and 'glamor'. I highly recommend this novel to anyone who truly enjoys to read.

Ms. Berti has given readers a true insider's view of life in the NFL. I think people will be surprised at what life as an NFL wife is actually like. I really enjoyed this peak into what was previously an unknown world.

Never really knowing much about football, on the field or off, I found this book to be very informative to anyone who wants to know more about it. I never realized that the big paycheck was earned through such frustrating and dissappointing experiences. Now I give those guys and their families props on their journey in their NFL careers.

I'm not a big football fan but I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I liked the insiders look at what life in the NFL is really like and the story helped me to better understand the game itself. But, the thing I liked best was reading about the roller coaster ride the families experience. Reading from the wife's perspective put a whole new spin on what I initially assumed life in the NFL was all about.

I like sports and this book gave me a female point of view from the inside. What we see on the outside is not always what is going on in the inside or the sidelines. straight forward and detailed . easy read for sport enthusiastic
