--Allegra Skye, Bestselling author of SAVED

A FEAST OF DRAGONS (Book #3 in the Sorcerer's Ring) takes us deeper into Thor's epic journey to becoming a warrior, as he journeys across the Sea of Fire to the dragon's Isle of Mist. An unforgiving place, home to the most elite warriors of the world, Thor's powers and abilities deepen as he trains. His friendships deepen, too, as they face adversities together, beyond what they could imagine. But as they find themselves up against unimaginable monsters , The Hundred quickly goes from training session to a matter of life or death. Not all will survive.

Along the way, Thor's dreams, along with his mysterious encounters with Argon, will continue to plague him, to press him to try to learn more about who he is, who his mother is, and what the source of his powers are. What is his destiny?

Back in the Ring, matters are getting much worse. As Kendrick is imprisoned, Gwendolyn finds it landing on her to try to save him, to save the Ring by bringing down her brother Gareth. She hunts for clues for her father's murderer along with her brother Godfrey, and along the way, the two of them will become much closer, united in their cause. But Gwendolyn finds herself in mortal danger as she presses too deep, and she may be in over her head.

Gareth attempts to wield the Dynasty Sword and learns what it means to be King, becoming drunk with the abuse of power. He rules ruthlessly, becoming paranoid. As the noose tightens on the king's assassin, the McClouds attack deeper into the Ring, and King's Court finds itself in an increasingly precarious position.

Gwendolyn pines for Thor's return, for them to be together, for their love to blossom. But with powerful forces in their way, it is questionable if that chance will ever come.

Will Thor survive The Hundred? Will King's Court collapse? Will MacGil's murderer be found? Will Gwendolyn end up with Thor? And will Thor finally learn the secret of his destiny?

With its sophisticated world-building and characterization, A FEAST OF DRAGONS is an epic tale of friends and lovers, of rivals and suitors, of knights and dragons, of intrigues and political machinations, of coming of age, of broken hearts, of deception, ambition and betrayal. It is a tale of honor and courage, of fate and destiny, of sorcery. It is a fantasy that brings us into a world we will never forget, and which will appeal to all ages and genders. It is nearly 70,000 words. Book #4 in the series will be published soon.

"Grabbed my attention from the beginning and did not let go....This story is an amazing adventure that is fast paced and action packed from the very beginning. There is not a dull moment to be found."
--Paranormal Romance Guild {regarding Turned}
"Jam packed with action, romance, adventure, and suspense. Get your hands on this one and fall in love all over again."

"A great plot, and this especially was the kind of book you will have trouble putting down at night. The ending was a cliffhanger that was so spectacular that you will immediately want to buy the next book, just to see what happens."
--The Dallas Examiner {regarding Loved}

    I just finished A Feast of Dragons and it was a great read. This third book builds on a great story and is getting even better. Like the others, it was an easy enjoyable read that I did not want to put down. Ms. Rice has done it again and I cannot wait for the 4th installment. This book, like all the vampire journals was filled with twists, turns, heroes and villains and creates plots that one can see developing over many books. New characters are introduced and make the read more enjoyable. There are several stories to enjoy in each of these books and each one leaves me wanting to read the next installment.

    A quest for heroes the first book, was a good book but a little drawn out in places the author was very descriptive, ( which is a good thing kind of feels like you are there) going into the second, A March of Kings, the book starts to come alive for me. I have read all three books and cannot wait for the fourth.
    Hurry Morgan Rice!!!!

    Derivative, juvenile, sloppy.

    If you've ever read a fantasy novel, you can skip this. There is nothing new here, except a lot of typos. If the writing wasn't sloppy and barely proofread, I'd say it could be an ok introduction to the genre for kids. However, when an author uses "there" instead of "their" it becomes difficult to recommend it to any audience still in an English class, and anyone older will know what's coming hundreds of pages in advance.
    One review compared this to Tolkien. Inevitable though this is for any fantasy book ever written, this time he's surely spinning in his grave. Or as Morgan Rice might write it, " he's Shirley spinning in her grave."
    Do not buy this book.

    The story line is decent however the character development and leaps the writer takes you is thin.  The main character goes from peasant to part of the kings inner family in two sentences.  Ask and you shall receive with zero mode of transport to get there.  I've struggled with all three of them because of the writing but Rice has something, I'm holding out hope that it improves!!  I also have a terrible time starting a series and not finishing it, even if it is sub-par.

    I enjoyed Book 3: A Feast of Dragons so much that I read it through without stopping! Book 3 was every bit as good as the first two books in the Sorcerer’s Ring series. Book 3 was an easy read, and a perfect escape from real life. Ms. Rice has written a story that is action-packed and filled with compelling characters. I admit that I am rooting for Thor and the good MacGils! Book 3 unfolds with each chapter advancing the storyline from the point of view of different characters. For example, Thor and the other boys training for the legion embark on The Hundred, Gareth commences his rule as the new King, Erec searches for his bride, Gwen and Godfrey investigate the murder of their father King MacGil, and characters and places from outside the Ring are introduced. This was such a fun read, that now I am anxiously waiting for Book 4 to arrive! Thank you, Morgan, please keep them coming!

    Drivel

    It is very obvious that no one editted this story. It rambles on in a stream of conciousness manner. The story is inconsistent as if the author could not remember what he wrote in the last chapter. The author reuses the same, unimaginitive phrases over and over. I had hopes the writing would improve over the course of the series, but it only got worse. Avoid this series like the plague. If the author reads this please get an editor.

    The great Saga continues

    I completely enjoyed this read. While the "Hundred" seemed to go by in a flury, the dedication to character development and progression of story line were not lacking. Morgan Rice is a fantastic author who writes with such purpose that the reader can't help but be drawn into the epic journey and is left always wanting more. I highly reccomend this book to anyone who enjoys Knights, magic, dragons and the tease of an ending. Every chapter will leave you on a cliff and pushing the pages until you can find the answers only to discover that those answers lead to more questions and the need to pursue more conquests....I'm counting down the days until the next book in this fantastic journey is released!

    Really...

    To every win in this book you get, you get a nice kick in the face. I won't recommend this book to anyone intill i read the next. Which I'm sure will be a few more before I might. The first book 4 stars, second book three and a half. This one 1 star. The only triumph was the dragon, I needed a little more than that. To many irons in the fire. I'll read the next , but I think I'll get $2.99ed to death before the end. Disappointed.

    I really enjoy this series it is a fun and distracting read. The characters are east to know and the story is one of the classic hero tales
    Some people like to criticize every little detail as if each book is supposed to be award winner. This one is
    a book that you can just pick up and read while on the train or at home or anywhere and have a good time with it.
    the world is described well and not in to much detail so that you can use your own imagination.
    Try it out and you will get addicted as I did. Thank you Morgan Rice for a book that I can read and enjoy.
