Overview

Clara Sutton feels trapped on her pa's Buffalo, Wyoming ranch, so she runs off to board the Union Pacific Railroad in Cheyenne. She'll find a nice town on the east coast, far away from all the suitors she dislikes and glimpse the world outside Wyoming. But her plan falls to pieces when the very strict, and equally handsome, William Davies ruins her travel plans.

Resisting Mr. Davies charms is a challenge, especially when Clara learns he's her pa's new foreman. As they await the stagecoach bound for Buffalo, Clara discovers that William won't hesitate to administer a hard spanking to her bare bottom when she misbehaves. As sparks fly and Clara's feelings towards William soften, he proposes marriage. But when a man is shot in Cheyenne and an unexpected passenger boards the stagecoach bound for Buffalo, their happiness is threatened by the rancher disputes in Johnson County.

To imagine the lack of choices that Clara faced, I can only feel sympathy. After reading that, it was amazing how her feelings for William Davies could change her mind. I especially enjoyed how the Western story, complete with ranches, cattle rustling, and bad behavior from the men was as much in the story as the romance between Clara and William. I enjoyed the pages focused on William's friends who owned the general store.

This is a very good historical story with a young lady who just can't seem to make good decisions. When she runs away from home things go from bad to worse. She ends up meeting William who just so happens to be her father's new foereman who she has been offfered to in marriage. She learns quickly that he wont put up with misbehavior of any kind and spanks heard whenever she does something wrong.

I really enjoyed this story. I loved the developing relationship between William and Clara. The discipline and sex scenes were ell done and very in keeping with the era. The added relationship between Mattie and Henry added some extra spice to the story. Great read. Thanks

This is a well-written/crafted spanking romance. While there are many cowboy spanking stories out there, this one tweaked me in a way that others haven't. I really enjoyed all the spanking scenes-- I thought they were done "just right" -- not too harsh, not too wimpy, enough juicy details, dialog and eroticism around them to turn me on. I liked both the hero and heroine and the energy between them was loving.

I am a sucker for a good love story and this one has it all! The spankings were fresh, hot and spicy.
