    AUTHENTIC!!!!!!!!!!

    My husband is from Mexico and every dish i have made from this book is exactly as he remembers! I have never received compliments from my mother in law on my mexican cooking, but she has asked for recipes when i cook from this book! Best Mexican cook book I have ever used, I give it 10 stars!!!

    A MUST HAVE IF YOU LOVE MEXICAN FOOD

    I got this book seven years ago, and i love it!!
    I am Mexican and I'm always looking for fast and delicious recipes. This book is that and a bag of chips, Mad Coyotoe Joe makes it so easy to prepare that you will be creating delightful dishes. All the recipes are flavorful and yet simple. A Gringo's Guide To Authentic Mexican Cooking is a superbly, wonderfully illustrated compendium of mouth-watering and highly recommended recipes.

    My Go To Book

    Live in Michigan, winter in Texas and this book has traveled back and forth each of the past 5 yers.If you want to know how to use all the various chili peppers, types of cheese and easy techniques pick it up.
