With song lyrics that take jabs at divorce, genital abnormalities, women, necrophilia, catholicism, incest, celebrity stalking, homosexuality, the muppets AND Christopher Walken, there's something for the whole (dysfunctional) family on this CD. Obviously the artist believes that if you can't laugh at yourself...make fun of other people. A textbook study in counter political correctness, Lynch is what Howard Stern would be if Howard could play the guitar, sing, was funny and had talent.
Lynch is the best comic musician working. He simply excels in all areas where Adam Sandler has taken us before. These songs are more specific and twisted.Lynch is an excellent guitarist with a voice and style similar to Live. This is a cd I will listen to and share with my friends for the comedy or the music alone.
I found This cd hilarius
Stephen Lynch is a comic genius. If all comedians were as funny as Stephen, all life on earth would die of laughter. He is, most definitely, my favorite comedian of all time. Keep up the good work man. ;)
You think youre pretty funny putting others down dont you? You think you deserve to thrive off the money other sick people pay to hear your horse 8h*t? Americans like you deserve to burn.
Some of the tracks are a little TOO raunchy for my tastes, but for the most part, this CD is darn funny. Lynch has a beautiful voice, and the music is very pretty... which makes it all the more amusing when he starts singing about all the horrible things he did to have his wife leave him.
