This is a story about a fifteen year old named Yanna Richardson from Charlotte, North Carolina desperate to find the perfect mate as well as the way out of her parents’ house. Yanna is offered the opportunity to go to school at Duke to peruse her degree in Business. While Yanna is determine to get her degree she is also looking to find that right man to settled down and just be the perfect house wife. Yanna thinks she finds her meal ticket after falling head over heels for Dijon Davidson who supposedly the next big thing to the NBA. Despite all the heartache she’s been through in the past, she still falls victim to that thing called LOVE. Quinn, her manipulative ex is being released from prison which leaves her with two options either she would be all his, or suffer the CONSEQUENCES. She knew he wouldn’t have it any other way. Many quote the saying "Once mines Always mines" which was surely one of his best sayings.
Yanna finds out that she is pregnant during her sophomore year in college while Dijon has her back and is willing to step down from ball and work to support her and the baby Yanna is so caught up on him making the NBA that she is willing to drop a few classes as well as work a fulltime gig to make the ends meet.
