It takes a little magic to return to Ancient Greece--but that's what kids can do, if they pull the tabs. Suddenly, all the wonders of the classical world appear, and the everyday things too, including pottery, water clocks, and coins. Of course, you'll get to visit all the important sights, like the Parthenon, but the brilliantly colorful spreads also provide lots of information on Athenian democracy, philosophy, science, and crime and punishment. Find out how the Greeks developed the art of drama, the way they waged war, and the background behind the Olympics. It's a fun trip to a fascinating time.

This book is pretty good; it has a lot of information in it about ancient Greece for kids, the only thing is that the illustrations are not very realistic so it's not very interesting to see the "today" renderings compared to the "past" renderings. Overall, through, I think that kids could learn a lot from the book.
